Payment is expected at the time services are provided.  Unlike human hospitals, the facilities we provide are entirely due to the private enterprise and investment of the veterinarians.  We receive no outside subsidies and are completely responsible for the costs incurred by our operation.

Sorry – but we do not offer any billing services at this time; Payment is due at the time service is provided.

For your convenience we offer the following payment options:

Cash

Checks - There is a $30 service fee for any returned checks which are promptly prosecuted for collection.

Debit and Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, & Discover

Pet Insurance - You still pay in full for the services rendered.  Then typically a form is completed that you send in, and your insurance company may directly reimburse you for some of the payment.

We do not specifically recommend any one insurance company - but here’s some information about pet health insurance in general, and a list of companies that offer policies:    *LINK*

A hospital team member will gladly discuss the fees prior to proceeding with a health care plan.  Actual treatment costs for ill or injured patients do vary, and the cost estimate may change as the status of the patient changes during hospitalization.

Clients are required to make a deposit for certain therapies and when prolonged hospitalization is anticipated.
